Article 1: Scope
The present general terms and conditions of sale apply to the distance-selling operation of ZICO CZ s.r.o. (Ltd ) (us) and cover all sales to its customers (you) through the www.zico.cz website and substitute pages www.zico.cz/en/ as well as orders posted to our Direct Sales Team. We reserve the right to amend the present general terms and conditions of sale at any time, with the proviso that details of all amendments are published on our website. General sale conditions per webpages cover B2B and B2C sale.
In order to place an order and to enter into a legally binding contract with us, you must be over 18 years old.
We reserve the right to refuse to accept your order if we find that you are in breach of these Terms and Conditions.
Article 2: Prices
1.1 Product prices are given in EURO and are inclusive of all taxes but exclusive of transport charge. Retailers owning the fishing shop and have VAT tax registracion will receive the price without VAT charge.
1.2 For all consignments to be shipped outside of the Czech republic, invoices are automatically calculated exclusive of taxes, apply in your country.( Any customs duties, other local taxes, import duties or state taxes that may apply are your sole responsibility and are not payable by ZICO CZ s.r.o..
1.3 All orders are payable in EURO.
1.4 Special Offers: special offers on our products are available for a limited period only. Where more than one promotion is offered on the same product at the same time, ZICO CZ s.r.o. reserve the right to offer the customer the best deal available. Only one promotion can be claimed at any one time.
1.5 ZICO CZ s.r.o. reserves the right to change its prices at any time, although products will be invoiced at the price in effect when the order was placed, subject to availability. Information relating to prices and product availability is liable to change and is given by way of indication only.
Article 3: Orders
We will accept your order subject to the present general terms and conditions of sale.

Contract details are given in English and are those in force at the time of delivery. ZICO CZ s.r.o. reserves the right to cancel any order.
All export orders must include invoices with the package.
Article 4: Confirmation
Clicking the &apso;Confirm&apso; button at the end of the ordering process acknowledges that you agree to the order as well as to the present general terms and conditions, in their entirety and without exception.
Data recorded by ZICO CZ s.r.o. constitutes proof of all transactions between ZICO CZ s.r.o. and its customers.
Article 5: Availability
Product and prices are valid as advertised on zico.cz subject to stock availability. Information on product availability is provided when you place an order online. These details are given for information purposes only and are not binding.
Should a product be unavailable after you have placed your order, we will let you know as soon as possible by email. In this instance you can ask for your order to be cancelled or exchanged by emailing us at zico@zico.cz
If only part of the order is available, our Direct Sales Team will contact you to check whether partial delivery is acceptable. Only goods that are delivered will be charged for.
Article 6: Shipping and delivery for all EU countries
SHIPPING - shipping is defined of final value order based on B2C and B2B for EU countries
a) For B2C (ending customers) group is FREE SHIPPING , when Total ordered items value is ≥ 50,- EURO incl. VAT tax. (VAT tax is Czech rate 21%)
When is total amount of order less than 50,-EURO incl. VAT tax, so in this case system add automaticaly transport charge 7,-EURO incl. Vat tax.
Total ordered items value (with VAT tax) is on checkout final and ready for make payment by Gopay payment gate.
No addiatelly cost for customer.
b) For B2B (retailers) group is FREE SHIPPING , when Total ordered items value is ≥ 200,- EURO without VAT tax. (VAT tax is Czech rate 21%)
When is total amount of order less than 200,-EURO without VAT tax, so in this case system add automaticaly transport charge 7,-EURO without Vat tax.
Total ordered items value (with VAT tax or without VAT tax) is on checkout final and ready for make payment by Gopay payment gate. No addiatelly cost for customer.
In the total counting based on B2B sale is depending when the our customer has active Value Added Tax in his origin country. (stored by his registration)
b) DELIVERY - Products are delivered to the delivery address given when the order was placed. Delivery times allow for order processing, packaging and arrange transportation for two working days.
Delivery is provided exclusively by our DHL partner up to 3-5 working days (depend on EU country)
Article 7: Optimalization of transport charge
It is a good idea to combine several items in one order rather than order items individually. We are unable to combine orders placed separately and you will thus be liable to pay carriage costs for each order.
For all orders we need to have your telephone number and any information that will assist delivery.
Article 8: Payment
The price of the goods and any costs associated with the delivery of goods under the purchase agreement, the buyer may pay the seller in the following ways:
a) in cash at the seller's premises at ZICO CZ s.r.o., Pražská Třída 8/66, Hradec Králové, 50004
b) in cash on delivery at the place specified by the buyer in the order
c) cashless transfer to the seller's account No. 115-4871250257/0100, kept at KB Hradec Králové

d) cashless via the Go pay payment system
e) cashless payment via credit card
Article 9: Returns are accepted - items on sale can be refunded (Return & Refund Policy)
1) Time: items must be returned within 30 days of the receive goods
2) Method of refund made payment for products: the same form of payment could be used, we will to send back payment by your payment method. The payment is on request send back up to 14 working days
3) Product condition: Product isn't used or damaged, The item could be repacked in the same transport box buyer will pay for return shipping

5) opttion: buyer will pay for return shipping, only - no restocking fee, or any other charges
Article 10: Condition of Ownership
All goods remain the property of ZICO CZ s.r.o. until receipt of payment in full, including added interest if appropriate. This provision does not affect transfer to the customer of all risks of loss or damage from the moment the goods leave our premise.
Article 10: Exchange and refunds
Goods supplied by zico.cz are new and guaranteed against defects. You have 7 working days from the date of receipt to return the product. If it does not meet your expectations, you will be liable for the cost of return postage. Cancellations can be made on the date of purchase and your A/C can be refunded otherwise a refund will be made by A/C upon receipt of the returned goods.

Article 11: Intellectual Property
All text, notes, illustrations and images reproduced on zico.cz are the copyright of the author and are protected by intellectual property law worldwide. In accordance with the provisions of Intellectual Property legislation, private use only is permitted and any other use without the prior authorisation of ZICO CZ s.r.o. is an infringement of the author&apso;s copyright and a violation of intellectual property rights.
Article 12: Responsibility
All products offered for sale are subject to the requirements of Czech law. ZICO CZ s.r.o. cannot be held responsible for any failure to meet the requirements of the legislation of any other country where products are delivered. ZICO CZ s.r.o. cannot be held responsible in the event of force majeure, political upheaval, total or partial strike action affecting in particular postal services, transportation and/or communications services, flood and fire.
Article 13: Applicable law
This Agreement shall be construed and performed in accordance with and shall be governed by Czech law and you should submit to the jurisdication of the Czech Courts.
Confidentiality:
ZICO CZ s.r.o. only collects data that is strictly necessary for processing your order or for keeping you informed about special offers and new products.
The following information is never passed on to third parties:
- Information you give when filling in different forms - newsletter subscription, ZICO team subscription, registering your purchase online or placing an order.
- Information about your equipment (IP address, operating system, type of browser, etc.)
The data we collect helps us to tell you about special offers that are particularly suitable for your needs and to keep you up to date with the latest developments and improvements to our products and services.
In accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998 you have the right to access, correct and object to any personal data that relates to you. If you do not want your details to be used by third parties, you must let us know in writing (by post or email), giving your full name, email address and postal address.
